For promoters, venues & bands
All the features of the big ticket sites. At a fraction of the cost.
You pay a licence and a small per-ticket usage fee. Fans pay face value — no booking fees, no surcharges. TM360 Tickets gives you a proper ticket shop for your shows — your artwork, your prices, your Stripe account. Fans pay the price you set, with no booking fee added on top. We licence you the platform; we never touch the ticket pot.

What you get
Everything a small promoter actually needs
Your own ticket shop
Branded event pages with artwork, venue details, doors time and as many ticket types as you like — early bird, advance, on the door, VIP, concessions.
Clean checkout
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay on a page that looks like your event, not a blank payment form. Promo codes when you want them.
Instant QR tickets
Branded ticket email the moment someone buys, with the ticket built in, plus Add to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Door scanner that works offline
Download the door list before the show and scan with no signal at all — basements, seaside towns, fields. Check-ins sync when you’re back online.
Live sales dashboard
Tickets sold, money taken and arrivals updating live, plus a printable guest list PDF sorted by surname with tick boxes.
Your team, your rules
Give each person only what they need — door staff get the scanner, a co-promoter gets one event, you get everything.
Customer accounts
Buyers can find lost tickets themselves, transfer a ticket to a friend and keep everything in one place. Far fewer “I’ve lost my ticket” messages for you.
Phone app
Fans add TM360 to their home screen and their tickets open even with no signal. Nothing to download from an app store.
You own the relationship
Your buyers’ details are yours. Export the list, email your own audience, build something that lasts past one show.
How we compare
The big platforms vs TM360
| Typical big ticket platform | TM360 Tickets | |
|---|---|---|
| Booking fee added for fans | Often 10–15% on top of the ticket | None — fans pay face value |
| Commission or surcharges | Service, facility and order fees | None |
| Who holds the ticket money | The platform, paid out later | You, straight to your own Stripe |
| Who owns the buyer data | Largely the platform | You |
| Features | Full ticketing suite | Ticket shop, QR tickets, phone wallets, offline door scanner, live dashboard, guest lists, staff access, promo codes |
| Where the money ends up | A slice leaves the music industry | Stays with artists, venues and promoters |
Big-platform figures are typical industry ranges, not any one company’s prices.
Keep the money in music
What a 200-cap gig keeps
Sell 200 tickets at £15 through a typical big platform and fans hand over roughly £300–£450 in booking fees on top — money that leaves the gig for good. With TM360 there are no booking fees at all: fans pay £15, the full £3,000 lands in your Stripe, and you pay only a small published licence fee. That’s money back in the pockets of the fans, the band and the room.
Pricing
A licence, not a booking fee
You licence the platform and pay a small, published fee on each ticket you actually sell. Nothing on unsold capacity, nothing on guest list. Across a normal mix it lands around 2% of sales — often less.
Event licence
£99 minimum
- One event, one public on sale
- Valid from on sale until 14 days after the show
- A second night of the same show inside that window is included
- The £99 is credited against your ticket fees
Tour licence
from £149
- Up to 14 days / 5 shows — £149
- Up to 8 weeks / 20 shows — £349
- Up to 6 months — £699
- Extra dates inside the window are included; minimum credited against fees
Member licence
£49 per month, or £490 a year
- Unlimited events on one brand
- 25% off every ticket fee
- Standard support included
- Cancel at the end of your month or year
Fee per ticket sold
Banded by the face value you set. No percentage of the door, and a cap so premium tickets never look taxed.
| Ticket price | One-off licence | Member licence |
|---|---|---|
| Under £15 | 25p | 19p |
| £15 – £29.99 | 40p | 30p |
| £30 – £49.99 | 80p | 60p |
| £50 – £79.99 | £1.20 | 90p |
| £80 – £119.99 | £1.80 | £1.35 |
| £120 and over | £2.50 cap | £1.90 cap |
Bigger rooms pay less: 15% off the fee for 1,001–5,000 tickets released, 25% off above 5,000, and custom rates over 15,000. Guest list, comps, unsold tickets and free events cost nothing. Stripe’s own card processing is charged to you by Stripe at their rates and is separate from the above.
Work out your cost
Tell us roughly what you’re planning and we’ll show the cheapest licence and what you’d pay in total.
A guide only. Fees are charged on paid tickets actually sold; comps, guest list and unsold tickets are free. Stripe card processing is separate. Fan saving assumes the typical 10–15% booking fee on big ticket sites.
What that looks like in real money
- Club night — 400 sold at £25: £160, about 1.6% of the door.
- Theatre run — 12 dates, 2,400 sold at £35: £1,920.
- Warehouse show — 3,000 capacity, 2,200 sold at £35: £1,496 after the capacity discount.
- Busy venue on Member — £490 a year plus 8,000 tickets at £25: £2,890 on £200,000 of sales, about 1.7% all in.
Which one suits you
- Trying us out with one show — Event licence.
- A named tour or a dated run — Tour licence.
- A year-round programme — Member licence.
- Rule of thumb: after about three decent shows a year, Member usually works out cheaper.
Straight answers
The questions everyone asks
So is it 2%?
Not exactly — it’s a flat fee from the card above. On a £30 ticket that’s 80p, or 60p on Member. Across a normal mix it tends to land around 2% of sales, and less at volume.
Can I pass the cost on?
Yes — build it into your face value if you want to. What we won’t do is add a booking fee line to your customer’s checkout.
What if the show doesn’t sell?
You only pay on tickets actually sold. Empty capacity costs nothing, and we’re not sitting on your money either way.
Who handles refunds?
You do. You’re the merchant and the seller, so refunds, cancellations and your own terms stay with you — and they’re one click in your Stripe account.
When do I get paid?
On Stripe’s normal payout schedule, straight to your bank. There’s no waiting until after the show for a ticketing company to settle up.
How quickly can I be on sale?
Usually a day or two from the first conversation, as soon as your Stripe account and event details are ready.
