These terms apply when you buy a ticket through a shop that runs on TM360-Tickets. Read them with the organiser’s event page, refund policy, and checkout details.
1. Who you are buying from
1.1 The ticket is sold by the event organiser named on the event page and at checkout (“Organiser”), not by TM360°.
1.2 Your contract for the ticket is with the Organiser.
1.3 TM360° provides the software the Organiser uses to run their shop. We are not the box office and we do not take your ticket money.
1.4 Payment is taken by the Organiser through their own Stripe account. Stripe’s terms also apply to the payment.
2. The ticket
2.1 When your payment is accepted you receive a confirmed ticket (usually digital) for the event described on the page.
2.2 The Organiser sets the face value, ticket type, seating or standing information, age limits, and any restrictions. Those details form part of your contract with them.
2.3 A ticket is a personal licence to attend the event on the stated terms.
2.4 Unless the Organiser’s page says otherwise, tickets are for the named event only and may be refused if copied, altered, or obtained in breach of these or the Organiser’s terms.
3. Price and fees
3.1 The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
3.2 TM360° does not add its own booking fee on top of the Organiser’s ticket price.
3.3 If the Organiser has built any cost into the ticket price, that is their price, not a TM360° booking fee.
3.4 Card or wallet charges, if any, are applied by Stripe or your payment provider as shown at checkout.
4. Your account and conduct
4.1 You must give accurate details and keep tickets safe.
4.2 You must not buy tickets to resell commercially unless the Organiser expressly allows it.
4.3 You must not use bots, multiple accounts, or other means to circumvent purchase limits.
4.4 We or the Organiser may cancel an order that appears fraudulent or in breach of purchase limits and refund the face value paid, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
5.1 Refunds, exchanges, and transfers are handled by the Organiser, under the policy on their event page and the law.
5.2 If you have a right to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer law, that right is against the Organiser.
5.3 If the event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed, contact the Organiser. They must deal with you in line with their policy and the law.
5.4 TM360° can help the Organiser process a refund in the software. That does not make us the seller. We cannot refund ticket money from our own account because we do not hold it.
5.5 Where a cooling-off right does not apply to leisure events on a specific date (as is often the case), the Organiser’s stated policy still applies, together with any mandatory legal rights you have.
6. Entry
6.1 You must present a valid ticket and any ID the Organiser requires.
6.2 The venue’s own conditions of entry apply.
6.3 Lost tickets should be raised with the Organiser. Reissue is at their discretion unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Data
7.1 The Organiser is the controller of your order and attendee data.
7.2 TM360° processes that data on the Organiser’s behalf so the shop, ticket delivery, scanning, and support can work.
7.3 Payment data is processed by Stripe for the Organiser.
7.4 See the Organiser’s privacy notice and TM360°’s privacy notice.
8. Platform availability
8.1 We use reasonable care to keep the shop available. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted.
8.2 If checkout fails, try again or contact the Organiser. A ticket is only sold when payment is accepted and you receive confirmation.
9. Liability
9.1 Claims about the event, the ticket, seating, cancellation, or refunds are against the Organiser.
9.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability the law does not allow to be limited.
9.3 Subject to 9.2, TM360° is not liable for the quality of the event, the Organiser’s acts or omissions, Stripe payouts, or venue conditions.
9.4 Subject to 9.2, our liability to you in connection with use of the platform is limited to £100 or any platform-related sum you paid directly to us (if any), whichever is higher. You do not pay TM360° for the ticket itself.
9.5 If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
10. General
10.1 These terms govern your use of the TM360-Tickets checkout and ticket display. They sit alongside the Organiser’s terms for the event.
10.2 If there is a conflict about the event or refunds, the Organiser’s event terms and the law prevail as between you and the Organiser.
10.3 English law applies. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory laws of the UK nation in which you live.
10.4 We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you buy applies to that purchase.
